    Writer's Blog Anthology

    posted Friday, 10 February 2006

This blog will be included in the publishing of the first annual Writer’s Blog Anthology. Deborah Woehr, founder of the Writer’s Blog Alliance, has done a fine job of collecting “writing blogs,” and a great service to the writers as well.  She is still accepting submissions for the new “milblog” category, but you only have a couple of days left until the deadline of February 15th. The website describes the Writer’s Blog Alliance as “a diverse group of writers who have discovered the blogging medium to establish and grow our readership base.” These are some great efforts that can only benefit the craft of writing, and the incredible growth of blogs in general.

On a more administrative note, I just wanted to point out that any words in a blog post that are GREEN represent links that you can click on and browse to. All the links and icons in the gutter on the left are active hyperlinks as well. If you find something that doesn't work, please drop me an e-mail and let me know.

As always, thanks for your continued support - and for reading.

Wishing you many happy moons and endless laughter-

    Lieutenant K

I'd love to be a writer worthy of such a project. But , alas I am not! But when I read the words of others like yourself, I know that it will be a great anthology.

    Lt,

    • I have been here at Walter Reed since 8 Jan. I am doing ok, I have started to learn to walk again. My hand is starting to move again, but the index finger is fused, along with one knuckle in my thumb. But all in all I am recovering well. Thanks for the letter its good to hear from you.
